I somehow landed on their website when searching for a way to book Paradise Island Resort & Spa for my honeymoon. I initiated the process to make a booking and received a very attractive deal. I started this whole process of making the bookings 6 months before my honeymoon so I can get the best deals. I made the half payment right away as requested by them while making the booking. Just a month before my honeymoon, I asked them for a confirmation from the resort regarding my booking. They kept ignoring my calls and messages on WhatsApp. Finally, when they picked up, they sent me some fake receipt of their own which didn’t have the reservation confirmation from the resort. I smelled something fishy so I contacted the resort to ask if they have a booking under my name, and they didn’t have. I ended up paying way more for booking at the last minute directly with the resort. I had to wait for two months and make numerous calls to get a refund. I don’t know how they are even allowed to operate by Maldives government. This is completely fraud!

This is a SCAM! DO NOT USE! I repeat, DO NOT USE!
Used their service to book hotel accommodation several months before my trip. They confirmed and then sent a cancellation 2 days before my trip dates. Never got a refund even after several follow-ups. Do not believe their ratings.response / report this review -

Fraud company. We lost money with this company. They don't even have courtesy to inform prior to trip. We lost total money with this company. Do not believe them. And try not to book through this company. Even maldivian police too can't help you. I m sure they too involved in this scam. They will take money and they don't book your room as simple as that.

What a amazing trip I had all thanks to island voyage for beautifully organizing all my requirements. Yes I was initially a bit skeptic although due to the trust issues as I didn't know any background about inland voyage as a travel agent but now I definitely recommend one and all to go ahead with island voyage without a second thought. They are true professionals.

Wonderful, trustworthy,Efficient, extremely Hasslefree way of handling tourists by this group in Maldives.
They help you with all of your questions and queries with immense patience. I had Miss Aufa as my travel advisor she answered everything I asked, with lots of patience as it was my first trip also at time of emergency in Maldives I was bit skeptical but the way she and her Senior Mr. Ali handled us was great they provided us with all the necessary changes if anything otherwise happens..but everything went too good there were no signs of any national security, everything was as smooth as breeze.
Transactions were so smooth and they provide you whatever you want in your itinerary.
You can trust them even though you are dealing with them overseas.
Highly Recommend Island voyage Maldives for any trip to Maldives.
I stayed in Hotel Paradise Island Resort and Spa a very beautiful property with amazing amenities and suites.if you want a VIP treatment ,plan your stay on Valentine's month they have all sorts of special offers and activities I loved the spa the most, it was the best experience ever.Hotel staff are very helpful if you get unsatisfied with anything they provide you whatever they can do best for you to make your trip memorable.

Cannot think of a service any better than this.
Andrea was my travel expert and she has everything that it takes to organize a fantastic honeymoon.
5 days before my travel, there was emergency declared in Maldives. But they assured us a total safe and memorable travel.
We reported on counter as they instructed, and rest all were taken care of from there.
I would definitely recommend Island Voyage and Maldives for a perfect holiday.
I wish I could plan another trip to Maldives sometime. :)response / report this review -

Island Voyages organised a perfect trip for my wife and I to the Maldives. Everything from payment to the island transfer was a smooth process with no issues. Further the package I was offered over the Christmas and New Year holidays was extremely reasonable and fair. Don't see any reason why I wouldn't use them again.

I booked 5 day package for Sheraton Maldives through Island Voyage. They gave me the best rates. Booking process was easy and they provided me hotel vouchers well in time and overall everything was smooth.

Island Voyage is a great travel agency and helped us book our honeymoon trip at Paradise Island Resort in Maldives. They accept US Dollars at arrival (brand new notes) and they also care of the boat ride from/to Male Airport to the the island. Totally Recommend it!

The entire process from getting quotes for different resorts, to discussing options (room categories, half board vs full board) pricing of adventure activities, making payment, receiving vouchers was simple, transparent and smooth.
They responded quickly and were accommodating of requests too.
Maldives is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous and the resort Paradise Island did not disappoint on any front. It is a large resort with beautiful rooms. We opted for 3 nights in Beach Bungalow (East side) and 1 night in water villa.
Buffet offers wide food options. There is plenty to choose from Indian (veg, non veg) Salads, Breads, Cheese, some Maldivian food (we loved Tuna, coconut, chili based Mas Huni) and desserts.
The water, lagoon, sun rise and sun set, each was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the dolphin cruise and every minute of snorkeling was a thrill.

One of the worst local agents. Poor customer service. Spoke to them on the web chat and they suddenly went offline when it went past their working hours. At least have the courtesy to say that it's the end of working day and will respond the next day. Nothing! They just disconnect you and that's it. I went with another local agent and it was so much better.

When I first received the attractive package deals from Island Voyage Ltd., I didn't think of reading the reviews online. However, I am glad that I didn't look at all the negative reviews about this wonderful travel agency. The staff was really helpful and responded in timely manner throughout the process. They typically responded my questions within a few minutes. You can reach out to the staff during any time of the day on WhatsApp and Viber mobile App. I highly recommend them.

Booked our vacation through Island Voyage but were extremely dissatisfied.
We were booked to reach Male airport and travel from Male to Sun island. Island voyage sent us an email confirming our booking but their involvement ended there. They did not inform us at what time we were scheduled to travel from Male to the Island resort. We informed them over email and phone 3-4 days in advance that we would reach the airport at 1 PM. But when we reached there we got to know that the flight to the resort was at 6 PM!!! The contact person from Island Voyage didnt pick up the calls for 45 mins and after calling them on the landline were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Completely ruined the start of the holiday for us.please avoid, pay more to other travel agents if required or better still book directly with the resortsresponse / report this review
