  If you're not Maldivian or Indian, they are minimally helpful or enthusiastic. The receptionists have bad attitudes and make you work for your answers. The actual First Secretary that approves the visas is nice and helpful, but he gets all the info from these unfriendly receptionists. Also there are no proper queues so people just storm the line, very frustrating and dysfunctional.
