We didn't think that Hurawalhi could get any better, but, as we discovered on our second visit eight months later, it most definitely did!

The AIP has been improved by the inclusion of signature cocktails, two meals at Aquarium restaurant, and the buffet has an even larger variety of foods - including a vegan section.

The service was just as impeccable as previously, the staff just as friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the chefs, who went out of their way to prepare special food for us.

We also enjoyed cocktail classes with Dennis, and a great wine tasting experience with Retheesh.

The villas have also been improved, with snorkeling gear provided, and a bottle of champagne and fruit basket waiting on arrival.

The departure process is also much easier, with guests now accommodated (with drinks and snacks) at the Hurawalhi lounge instead of having to wait at the Male airport.

The only improvement we can suggest is to provide guests with the option of harder mattresses and pillows, as the current ones are a bit on the soft side.

Will we be back for a third visit? Most definitely!

Our stay at Hurawalhi was perfect in every way!

The resort itself - from the Ocean Villa w/ infinity swimming pool to each and one of the amazing public facilities - is brand new, superbly maintained and features best-of-breed construction, furnishing, equipment and accessories. It has all the modern conveniences but pulls it off while seamlessly blending into the surrounding nature.

The food in each and every one of the restaurants is both delicious and visually impressive - the finest local and international cuisine. We had the "all inclusive" plan and truly we did not go hungry for even a moment.

The variety of attractions and available experiences turned an otherwise "passive" destination into one where you can do something new every day and never get bored. We loved the interesting dining options (dream island, beach dinner, 5.8), local island tours, snorkeling and dolphin cruise.

Finally, the service was impeccable, and the staff charming and personable.

Rated as the best by all visitors stayed here. One of the best resorts in Maldives for adults only. The most expensive resort offers aminities like private pool, excellent SPA and other massages. Constructed over the water this adds more to the fascination of the tourist. This report has all the modern day aminities of hotels.

Hurawalhi, Lhaviyani Atoll Maldives is a very new resort and Spa facility. This is an upmarket resort and they ecxel providing the unforgettable holiday experience. The staff have genuine smiles and they provide excellent service. The bungalows are spacious and tastefully decorated furnished. The view from the rooms are just amazing.

An amazing resort, relaxed atmosphere and a variety of activities and dining experiences.

Shout out to the chefs - as I am gluten intolerant, I’m talking swelling up and rashes - of all the places I have been, this is one of the few places that has used a new work station, new cutlery and new gloves to prepare my gluten free food.

If you want upmost luxury, privacy and service this is the place to go. Food is great in the buffet restaurant. Over water villas are extremely private.

We have a wonderful 4 nights stay. The staff is helpful and so friendly. The food is excellent. I highly recommend the manta Ray snorkeling experience we "danced" with five of those huge gentle creatures for an hour. Here are some photos:

Stayed at Hurawalhi for 5 nights. It was visit that we shall not forget soon. The service is the best we have experienced in a long time. The staff are super friendly and took very good care of all our needs.
We had opted for the AIP plan and it was well worth it. We are vegetarians and we still had plenty of choices at the excellent buffet that was on offer at their restaurant Canelli. The only thing is it would have been better if the vegetarian dishes were marked.
There were plenty of activities on offer to keep us busy and well entertained throughout our stay. The dive sites around the resort are amazing and the team that took us out was great! My wife and I shall definitely visit Hurawalhi again at some point in the future.

I've been to Hurawalhi for my honeymoon. By far it is my best travel experience ever. The resort is brand new just opened last year everything is clean and new, the staff were super friendly and they took care of every detail in order to make our stay unforgettable. I stayed in the over water villa with a pool, the place is spectacular.

We stayed here for the tail end of our honeymoon in the over water pool villa. The resort is immaculate, especially since it's only a few months old. The service is pretty good, with a few standouts like Lalith, the manager for coco bar.
