  Thank you Taha Hameed at Focus Computers in Male! My brand new macbook pro was damaged, the screen showed up with horizontal and vertical colored lines all the way up and down. Taha was kind enough to promptly answer all of my questions via email, and even contacted Apple on my behalf to argue that my computer should be covered under my apple plus coverage! They covered it completely without me having to pay a cent. He ordered the replacement screen and once the parts arrived replaced it within 5 hours. It is as good as new!!! Thank you again Taha and Focus computers for amazing customer service and reapirs!
