  Rent snorkel gear for $5 for half day and snorkel at the beach right there to see some coral and amazing colorful fish

  Awesome experience took up snorkeling and scuba diving.
  Someone professional was always with us for snorkeling when when were learning. They explained and guided us so well. Later took up a 3 days basic scuba diving course. The divers were really nice and kind to carry my tank since I couldn't carry that weight. They explained us in detail and took us slowly since I couldn't equalize properly the manager/owner asked others to continue and slowly taught me with patience. They clicked lots of pictures Underwater and we gave them our email id but sadly never received any pictures.

  Awesome experience with Diver's Lodge Maldives! Highly recommended! Very friendly and experienced people. Their equipment is well maintained. Great (unbeatable) prices, compared to others around Male. We did 1 shore dive from this island to test our new equipment, and the next day a 3-dive boat trip. Even though we (2) were the only ones there today, they were very accommodating in letting us do a whole day of diving in 3 different dive sites. Thank you very much! Will recommend you to our friends!
  P.S. Their website looks like it has not been updated for a while, but don't let that give you a wrong first impression. Go for it!

  Low-key dive shop on the quiet island of Villigili. Ferries run every 10 minutes from Male and this shop is a short (5 min) walk across the island. Not the newest equipment but competent staff and very reasonable prices ($35/person for full gear).

  Wonderful experience. Such down to earth person and made my scuba amazing as i was not knowing swimming. Truely rocking.

  Me and my wife did snorkeling for the first time with the divers lodge, maldives, with the master and it was an wonderful experience, he made us feel the reef and fishes, the exotic lives though i once drunk the salty water after seeing the deep side of the sea panicking, they pacified and took another half hour into the reefs and showed the exotic lives .
  
  they are humble, very skilled and great teachers.. I am planning to go to Maldives only for this experience more times
