Citron is famous restaurant in capital male. Citron providing huge verity of food products and I can say tasty and delusions. Specially I feel enjoy from Fresh breeze from open sea and looks friendship staffs providing good quality services accoutering to customers need . I went there last week with my best pal to celebrate my promotion. Table wasn’t well cleaned when we seated. No one approached to us when we seated so we had to raise the hand and wait for one of the service staff to notice us. It seemed like there was two functions going on. So we couldn’t get a table on upstairs. So wasn’t really left with any choice but to sit outside on the ground floor near ocean. Their was a buffet going on too. But we decided to stick with alacart menu. While presenting the menu, waiter didn’t mention anything about the not available items. But by the time we made up our minds on what we are having and gave the order he started saying those items are not available. A lot of items on menu is not available. Finally we ordered a thai noodle and lobster termidor. And again service was very slow it took em more than one hour to serve the food. Quality of food and beverage was more than I expected but service wise it was a disaster. Asked for wifi password like four or five times 2 waiters came with different password. It got connected but there was no service and few minutes later it got automatically disconnected. I wouldn’t prefer to dine here next time if the service is going to be same even tho i loved food and drinks there.

I visited this restaurant twice back to back in two days. they have a huge rush. had to wait for the table nearly 20 mins. It was worth the wait though they served one of the best foods in male,Maldives. the staffs were running around in hurry, hard to blame them but it was a good experience to taste your food thanks CITRON by Lemongrass

Breakfast Buffet with gorgeous view
We visit here often to meet friends and enjoy the breakfast buffet. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. the views are gorgeous. A must visit just make sure you go hungry there is plenty on offer.

Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet is okay. Usually the outer seating area is crowded. Short eats (locally called hedhikaa) is good. They need to improve the quality of the their drinks and food. I would say that the price charged for the food is over-priced compared to the taste.

We were looking for a relaxed environment where we could sit, chat and overlook the sea. Citron by Lemongrass ticked all these boxes and also allowed us to watch the planes come and go across the water at the airport.
We had pasta and a salad, both were well flavored and tasty, nicely presented and were good size portions.
Staff were attentive and friendly, just needed to speak slowly so they could understand my accent!

One of the best in Malé. Delicious food. Offers a good selection of tea and coffee. Nice view of the sea, airport and the bridge. Separate areas for smokers. Separate air-conditioned area.
