  Any establishment that takes money for services should be held to high standards but this place thinks otherwise. To be clear, it could be a really good dining place but it seems that the service part has been forgotten.
  For startersorder an ice coffee. The name itself says it all but what you will get is a warm drink with maybe 2 small ice cubes. Ice coffee means COLD not warm.
  
  Next, order the chicken fajitas. To anyone familiar with Mexican food then you will expect the seasoned meat and vegetables on a sizzling hot plate. This they do very well and it is delicious! But they do not provide a valuable item to eat with..the tortilla shells! In other words..dont call them a fajita if you can't make a fajita.
  
  In the past service has been arrogant in a place where they really cannot afford to be. The restaurant choices in Male' have improved greatly over the past 5 years and service has to be spot on. Blue Bay could be a great spot to eat but it continues to just get by day to day.

  Blue Bay Cafe is comfortable quite and nice place. Perfect view. Value for money. Perfect service. Smart staff. Mouth watering tasty food. Quick bite and specially their coffee is one of the best in the town. I recomend you try it atleast once. And nothing less their food.

  Its very quite and nice place. Beautiful view. Value for money. Excelleny service. Friendly staff. Mouth watering tasty food. Quick bite and specially their coffee is one of the best in the town. I recomend you try it atleast once.
