  I had to received money from overseas, and since last week am trying to get a open outlet, but no one is opened, you try to call them, no one answer the phone, so how can we get information about these office, and do not know if any bank in Mauritius has a counter to offer the service.

  Been at the one ine Curepipe since 10-45 and itnis now 12:45 still waiting!!!! and can't believe there is only one person at the cashier. I find this terrible!!!!

  I have been there 3 times. It’s the worst servers ever.
  They guy who works there need a lot of time for everything and his excuse is always that he is alone.
  If u wanna changed money look for someone other.

  Miss Bhavna,the most friendly ,helpful and professional service.So impressed and advise everyone to go to her branch next to the Lazy Dodo in Grand Baie.She made my tranfers no hassles and left feeling I had recieved the best servicevin Mauritius.   It shows open on Sunday from 9 - 17 on the website. Just called them now, a rude lady pick up the phone and said it's already closed.
