New way of customer retention at Tiremaster.
Yesterday, I went to Tiremaster at Phoenix to change my two front wheels with free alignment adjustment being a loyal customer to them. I parked my car in the parking and it was lunch time as reached there at 12.15 p.m. The receptionist told me to come back at 12.45 and I seized the opportunity to have my lunch. I returned there in time and unfortunately the parking was full with vehicles unloading refurbishing materials as the store was in renovation. I had no choice other than putting the car to the place where they did the tire replacement which is at the back of the office. When I get out of my car, a guy from the garage wearing a Tiremaster uniform furiously told me to get the car out of that place. I replied him that the parking area was full and I have no other choice that leaving the car there. If I would have been stopped by a gateman, I would not have come inside; at that time there was no gateman at the entrance. I went to the office and made the payment due. I handle my receipt together with the key of my car and they refused to take my key and urged me again to get back my car in-front of the office whereby the parking was still full. I have no other choice than reporting the case to the manager in charge and he politely apologies about the renovation’s bottleneck. We desperately received the key back after more than one hour and we completely understood that they made us waiting purposely whilst the officer told us earlier it would take only half an hour to replace 2 wheels with alignment. Whenever you need to change your tires at Tiremaster, please take a half-day off from work. Good luck!!!
