An okay cafebut it seems if you are a "brown" foreigner they treat you differentlylike putting your change on the counter (and not in your hand), pretending that they do not understand/hear you, dropping (not placing) food on your table, etc.
I went thrice and I keenly observed how Europeans were treated as customersand not vagrants.response / report this review -
