I was trying to make contact with my father as he was a patient at this hospital. I am in England. I tried to find out which ward he was in or to see if they can connect me to the correct ward so I could speak with him as his mobile phone was switched off. Instead of helping me, they put they disconnected the phone. Now I cannot get hold of my father to know if he is being discharged or not! I am very angry!

Good service, doctors are patient and actually take time to listen to your health issues before suggesting any treatment or prescribing medicines. You can get lost easily within the facility with lack of instructions thus wasting a lot of time. The lady at the registration desk is not helpful at all. She's just lazy!

Perhaps this is the most hated place for anyone. Sometime we have no choice but to go there. Nothing good to say about this hospital.

Top rate heart surgery. It's well known in the Indian ocean. Surgery carried out by highly qualified doctors. World class complicated surgery. This place has a lot of highly qualified specialists. Free for locals.

My relative had very bad experience at the ssrn hospital..some doctors r underqualify, the way they perform surgery is very scary..they remove a cyst from the lower back of my relative without giving anesthetic shot or drugmy aunt was in big pain as they remove z cyst..the doctor was supposed to freeze the part they were doing surgeryshe was yelling wiz pain n repeating that she can feel they r cutting her but the doctor ignore hermy aunt can feel the needle wen z doctor was stitching her n the pain she went through was very intense.such kind of doctor shud never b given license to work
