Very sad to notice closed shutters at 10am today. Saw some staff go in later but it was not for the public. The Shoprite logo was removed. A local told me it has been like this since Oct 29th. Not sure where I will buy my Robertson's range of Indian spices now? They are of such great quality. The P-Louis ShopRite has also closed down, the Trianon (QB) one too. Very sad.
It has always been great. So sad that they are closing. A lot of empty shelves. What is left is of discount.
Nice range of European products but now closing down
Selling non fresh chips. Not good. We want value for money.
A quiet place for shopping. Not too crowded and no caddies running into each other. Clean place and surrounding also. Plus you can find the South African products you don't find elsewhere.
Good but needs more variety
their fresh produces are not always fresh and the service is bad just bad
Nice open place and good for shopping. Visited at time of cyclone bought my food reserve from there.
Tamarin Shoprite has a number of South African products. Specifically the beef, which is the normal Checkers packed product. Although more expensive than SA, the quality is excellent. Generally I found this shop cheaper than other shops in this area. One of the few places with a variety of fruit and veg.
We were in Mauritius June and July 2017.
Best meat ever from Shoprite, Tamarin, Steakhouse Classic Range.
It was tasty, very tender, juicy and well priced. Also made kebabs from your entrecote - it was stunning. Thank you Shoprite, Tamarin will buy your meat again!
A good place to buy your daily household needs
Not my favourite place to shop. Fruits and vegetables not always fresh. Meat from South Africa is cheaper and caters for South African Xpat community. I was get the feeling the place is just not clean.
