Very long waiting time for the nta sub-office. No clue where the line starts n finishes. Very silly sliding on all the benches called a waiting sit. No ticketing for the wait.

Booking a vehicle examination is simple and hassle free. You know longer have a guy without manners who just yells a number at you. The queue and waiting time is almost the same as previously but everything is done in an orderly manner. What I like most is that I do not feel that there is an army of sharks waiting to fleece me. Staff is polite and efficient.
