  Quite pricey so I only go there to buy specific things you won't find anywhere else in Mauritius. This space-tight shop focuses on quality imported goods rather than quantity.
  
  I believe the owner was a former chef at a top hotel. There is a reataurant upstairs which i have yet to try.
  
  I usually go there to buy Komplet 4-grain unbleached white flour (1kg ~ Rs100) and Rye flour, but then a tempting chocolate brownie slips in my shopping basket. Their flour makes amazing breads. Dough rises as expected and within 1 hour of adding yeast (just like with bread flour i bought in the UK). I don't get same result with local Mauritian bread flour sold by Blédor (Moulin something), which is frankly super puzzling. What's in our local flour?
  
  They sell many grains, nuts and gluten-free items.

  One of the best organic shop in Mauritius. You'll find lot of products coming from Germany and South Africa (coconut oil, almont butter, tapioca flour, organic thea, eucalyptus honey) . The owner is someone really fun and friendly. Don't hesitate to talk with him.

  A good choice of organic and health conscious food. There's not many places like it around Mauritius and expect to pay the price for this kind of niche product.

  If you are looking for a shop in Mauritius that sells great food, vegetables without chemicals and pesticides (and grown in Mauritius) go to this shop.
  German beer and bread (baked in Mauritius as well as the cakes sold there), gluten free products from Schär and Glutagon, Superfoods, Wines and Cheese from South Africa, vegetables and fruits grown in Mauritius without the use of pesticides and chemicals. They even keep fresh for very long in the fridge. Oils, olives, swiss chocolate, dried fruits, different sorts of nuts, health connection products from South Africa and and andEverything you need for a healthy life style.
  And the best, this shop even delivers to your home. So no long travel through the heat and the traffic here, no wasting of time.
  But if you want to go to the shop, it is even easier to be reached now, since the Avenue des Tulipes and the roundabout in Sodnac has been finished.
