Renovated hall and clean premises. Great for friends and family to hang out.

The Plaza is the focal point of cultural activities mounted by the Municipal Council of Beau Bassin/Rose Hill. It is decorated with the relevant themes during national festivities such as the Divali, festival of lights, the celebration of independence day, etc.
Various famous local artists perform during these events. Its prime location in the town centre alongside the main road makes it very popular with the town dwellers.
A quite corner in a busy town. A resting place for the tired feet of passersby. On hot summer nights visitors stroll the garden finding relief in the light inland breeze.
During the British days, bands used to perform in the kiosk in the secondary garden at the back of the Plaza. A thing now forgotten by the inhabitants except the oldtimers.response / report this review -

Regular sports for some family locals. There are a few vona corona ice cream vendors that sell excellent ice cream. Be sure to check that out.

Historic place since Mahe de La Bourdonnais used for weddings, art exhibition and important events. Court yard is visited by many families during hot Summer evenings. Many come there to simply have the famous Vona Corona tradition ice cream.
