  So happy to have found this great veterinary practice. Don't try elsewhere. Dr Jha is attentive, answers all queries and very competent. He took the time to examine our cat. His assistant was also great.

  Staffs are friendly and helpful.. they looked after my puppy with care and attention.. blood test and ecography was done for more accurate information. Blood report was received within 20mins.. there is a waiting area.. clean place.. medicines available at spot.. and there is a pet shop with foods and pet accessories...

  Great place for animals care. Very clean environment cooled down with a waiting room and great support. Provide a small shop with lots of great accessories such as brush, harness, shampoo, mattress.You may also get dog food. The vet was gentle and caring, she also explained how she is treating the animals in details.

  I always get first class service from this establishment. The 3 Vets provide a high level of professional service and they always accommodate clients as much as possible. They are so dedicated and invested in their work and you can also see that they are very passionate about what they do. You always leave the establisment happy and reassured. I would rate Pets Concern 5 star+ and would definitely recommend it to all pets breeders👍

  Electronic queue system is good but even I did all my dog vacination there, dog got dysentery and died. On first symptom brought the dog there but after five days on serum still no recovery.
