It's a shame that because of a few inefficient people the whole effort of the management trying to give and maintain a good service is being wasted. I had to book an appointment with Dr Shilpa Sinha and wait for a month.( I thought she was super good so that was understandable since I had no emergency) I was given the appointment at 2.15 PM and reached there on time. I waited for 40 minutes and had to ask the secretary 3 times about my turn and then she informs me that there are 6 people in front of me and that would take another additional one and a half hour !!! It was nice of them to call me in the morning to confirm my appointment but there is no way I could wait anymore after waiting for 40 mins. This is a private hospital and I am paying for the services !! The secretary gets more upset than me and shows no professionalism !!! A big fat 0 for customer service !!
The Dr finally takes me in and the only question I was askedwhat is your problemand have you checked your diabetes ????. For a first time visit she showed no interest in my issues and even though I was trying to explain the situation she was just blunt and gave me a prescription so I must have spend 6 to 8 mins and paid Rs 1200 !!! Not even a greeting you could have at least replied to mine ! Woowww I have many friends and doctors in the family but never seen a doctor who was so inconsiderate !! I thought coming to see a woman gynacologist for once could be more helpful and relieving but I was soooooo wrong. I was handed over my billtotal of Rs 2240 which had an additional blood test to be done and the secretary didnt even explain nor tell me when I should come to collect. I was so upset and didnt want to create more fuss. I am in the business world too and customer care and service is the key. Its unfortunate you only need a few rotten ones to spoil the whole image and good work of others. I do not recommend her at all and would certainly not be keen to go there for any other services. Great experience❤ service was awesome. The staffs are so caring, there's a nurse named Eugenie, who has been of great helo.She is very one among the best nurse there❤

Horrible service. An incompetent secretary working for Dr Beebeejaun annulled my appointment without even letting me know, even after my appointment was confirmed a month back. Extremely unprofessional service.

This private hospital offers very reliable service. I would still like to seriousness in the pharmacy. A medicine that is available at the supplier may take 3 weeks to be available here.. the lounge on the 5th and 6th is not clean.. pieces of food can be found everywhere

Honestly am very much deceived.I've been here so many times in the past 5-6 years but since last year I've noticed the service has become poor.Quality is and consistency has disappeared.

A good hospital with cafe parking security and pharmacy. Icu unit. Ambulance services available .Exoensive for non insurance holders. Services are great in island. Name keeps changing.wheelchair access everywhere.

I just came from the hospital few minutes ago and I did not appreciate attttt allllll the attitude of that nurse called VISHWANEE from the emergency ward. My husband and I had the same feeling from her super rude attidude. She even left the patient (my dad) who was having a severe pain from his both legs walking aloneeee to the waiting room. I came twice to see if my dad was ok in the emmergency room but she kicked us out in a super rude tone of voice! My dad arrrived in the emergency in the wheel chair at least they could have help him to have a proper seat in the wheelchair again to the car. Ive paid for that right? Where s the service???? VIshwanee shouldnt deallll with your patients!! She has very bad attitude, no compassions, lack of well manners, overall she s INCOMPETENT!!!! 😡😡.. She stressed us moreeeee. My family and i are used to be loyal customers at apolo/Wellkin hospital since ages, untill we met this VISHWANEE from emergency ward tonight!!! Veryy veryyy disappointed!!!!

Worst clinic ever!!!!! Its not even a clinic, its a money making machine. Its simply a business! Paid Rs 5900 for a private room a night and the patient wanted one more coffee; they wanted to charge Rs 55 extra!!! I was left sleeping on a sofa without pillow, cover or anything to drink although we have been charged extra. My wife (the patient) is a Doctor herself and the so called Wellkin Doctor (Dr Shimjee) wanted to do all sorts of non sense Xray, Scan, Blood test for extra costs and holding her longer to pay more!!! We sign the discharge and left Wellkin Money Factory!! Level of service was beyond jokes!!! The lunch was served with a hair on the orange. I feel so sorry for all mauritians or non mauritians seeking help from Wellkin!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! They are scamming people !!! Like I said, its not a clinic its a business !!!

Worst than public hospitals!!! Been told that consultation starts from 9.00 to 12.15, waiting for the doctor since 10.00 and its 12.00, we have no sign nor update of the doctor!!!
P.S: They took 3 minutes to answer a phone call and took 8 minutes to confirm a walk in appointment which never took place!!!

my experience as a visitor has been very bad. the visiting time is very limited for a clinic. the reception is very cold and dnt really show empathy to visitors & dont provide same treatment to all visitors. many visitors are allowed to meet their relatives while others r refused..!

Very poor quality of service staff are not the same very low level of service waiting for more than 2 hours to get a doctor to check you. The lady sitting at the Gynecology 'reception using her mobile phone for personal use. N client need to wait for there document The best part you take appointment by phone then when you get there she told you FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. BIG LOL SO what the point of taking an appointment??? Very disappointing day. BIG name OMEGA Ark Hospital But nothing compare to the service offered by APollo Bramwell hospital Best part after checking with doctor come to payment part they have a POS machine but your force to pay by cash.. funny .. soon think it will be worst than public hospitals.. Hope there will be a great person of that hospital or even the owner to get back to me. Again poor service .
