Incorporated in June 2006, Metalite has over 10 years of experience and trust in the market.
We supply the local market and neighbouring countries incl. Seychelles with light fittings of any design.
The owner, Mr. Christian Lenferna, has over 30 years experience in the field of lighting. He has also spent 8 years at one of the biggest lighting manufacturers in South Africa, namely Lascon Lighting industries Pty. Ltd.

Metalite works on projects, irrespective of size, dealing with the main or sub-contractors, or directly with the client or promoter, involving a constant contact with the architects or project managers.

Metalite has its own workshop to cater for custom lighting manufacturing, often required by interior designers in hotel projects. We also provide outdoor lighting, in the form of spotlights or bollards, and cater for landscaping projects.

Our showroom also provides a wide range of luminaries for private house owners to choose from. Our trained representatives are there to guide the client in his/her choice of lights which will enhance any desired ambiance sought after by him/her.

Also, an increasing demand in environmentally-friendly lighting has made us believe that there is a definite market in the field of solar street lighting, on the condition that the right quality product is chosen. Thus, Metalite now represents Leadsun in Mauritius and the region.
