  Things are cheap be wise because some are not. Also please note everything is priced in Euro's and then there is LCD screens which tell you the conversion rates. You will need your boarding pass and passport to buy from here. Cheers to the mauritius airport authority for making it such an awesome experience

  On achète pas de Rhum !!!!!
  Le Chamarel XO a 58€ à Super U de Grand Baie se retrouve à 93€ au Duty free !!!!! Chercher l'erreur !!

  Expensive. Much much cheaper on mainland. Prices are in € and not in $ or Mauritian rupees. Avoid.

  En rentrant de voyage, je passe par le Duty Free pour acheter quelques chocolats. En effet, comme les étiquettes l'indique, le prix est inscrit en EURO. Or à la caisse, un serveur très hautain, ose me faire une remarque "La prochaine fois, payer en Rupees" et là je lui demande pourquoi, il me répond tout simplement "Parce qu'on est à l'Ile Maurice". L'hospitalité mauricienne ne se fait pas sentir en tout cas à l'aéroport de l'Ile Maurice, déçue dès l'arrivée, triste chose.
