Arrogant staffs. You have to do the embarking of the goods. They ask you to wait outside in the sun/rain. Not customer friendly at all. I was delivered broken tiles and they made it very difficult to replace them. If they showed this attitude in the shop, i would never have purchased any thing from the. Would not recommend

Staff are helpful and willing to advise. However some of their tiles stock seems to date back to the 90's. There is a wide but old variety
