  Wanna enjoy a nice burger or some flamed chicken wings? Or a good chicken satay? Head to this place. Nice and cool atmosphere. The waitress (Beatrice) was very friendly. Good customer care. Nevertheless the prawn espetada was not value for money. The taste was good but the meal wasn't filling. I enjoyed the mocktails. Ordered the pomegranate punch which was refreshing. For dessert, I had the wonderful waffles with nuts. I highly recommend you to taste the waffles.

  Too lazy workers don't give a damn about clients. . They are in their own world no manners to talk nor to serve waste of time and money very disappointed.

  We used to go to the one in Flacq where we had a pretty good customer exprience overall. But unfortunately, this one at Jumbo Phoenix has a lot to be desired, namely:
  1.we waited over 25 mins to be served.
  2. The food served was not warm.
  3. The chicken was undercooked, when requested to be redone, it took 15 mins more and I was served the wrong order.
  4. We observed unprofessional behavior from the staff, whereby a male employee who appeared to be in charge kissing a female employee on the lips in front of us.
  Horrible experience overall. We are definitely not coming back!

  Unfortunately it is impossible to rate 0 stars!
  Horrible delivery service!
  We ordered and paid for 5 meals, received only 4. When we called back about this, we were told by the manager that the food would be available in 2-3 mins. We waited more than 1 hour but no one came. When we tried to call back, we could only reach the voicemail.
  We were ordering from the workplace while working night shifts, my colleague had no dinner all night. Will never order/eat there again.
