Hello,
I will be sharing my experience as no one at Courts Mammoth seems to care the slightest about customer Service.
As a longtime customer I have now decided to go ahead with my complaint to ACIM and CPU.
As far as I am concerned you may be in the business of fooling customers, and definitely do not treat your customers fairly.
I cannot believe that a supposedly a No. 1 in Furniture, Home Appliances and Digital Products store company hasn't even been in a position to provide a feedback for a phone which has been sent for repairs. Such poor Customer Service management.
In the light of the above, I note with concern that your company has taken nearly one month to provide a feedback about a phone when in fact repairs ought to have been carried out within ten days as from notifications of the defect as per law.
My spouse bought a phone make Intex at Rose Belle showroom. Within 2 weeks, we encountered issues with the device. The telephone keypad was not working and the battery was draining even though the phone had full charge.
I called at your customer care today whereby I was informed that the device was already left at Mahebourg showroom. Later when we went to fetch the phone, the lady told that the phone was in fact left at Curepipe showroom and admitted that the mistake was entirely theirs.
When the driver of Mahebourg showroom went to collect the device at Curepipe showroom was already closed.
My question: is your driver aware of the operation hours of the company he works for? Do you people keep a track of your staff during office hours so as to be able to deliver goods in time and to provide a good customer service?
To my knowledge, it is a big NO, because I am running around for a device.
The lady at Mahebourg showroom stated that phone will be dispatched supposedly this Tuesday 27TH September.
To note that a phone on loan was provided which is faulty and the phone had to be charged on 24/7 to be able to use.
In my view this is nothing other than a con.
Is it too much to ask that the Head of Customer Service or your CEO to contact me so that I may express my experience with your company to them.
“Although your customers won’t love you if you give bad service, your competitors will.”
