The reason for the 2 star is due to its location.with regards to treatment i must say it's a rip off and @ times unnecessary. they have doctors working 90 hours shift a week and supposedly comes to see you to update you but all for show. yes for show. they are more concerns about money rather than treating people. Took me almost hostage and delayed my discharge without an accurate diagnosis. plus my insurance was delaying to pay due to time difference ,hence they somehow asked me to pay so i can leave .leaving me 1 extra day at the clinic. You have extra care if your from certain background and colour. i am pretty sure that i am not the only one who has been subject to this kind of treatment. despite giving all the details of my insurance ,it was still a struggle. upon discharge things that was included in my invoice was a sham i.e the medication i was supposed to have received as my TTA'S medication, i was told to get them from a pharmacy. it a family run scam. But if you have an abundance of money and then they are the friendliest ever.bloody A licking muppets. despite boasting for greatness but its is subject to who you actually are and can spend. I wonder if they realise that they are playing with people life and livelihood and has any moral and ethics in their practices. well if the head is a money grabber then what else can you expect from the disciples.
other clinique(clinic) with higher rating tend to charge Rs 800 for blood and other routine examination but there it's Rs1800 I guess they only want to get rich tourist to visit there Clinic to boost their rating whereas the average joes or resident of Mauritius who cannot afford to sue them then have to keep their mouth shut.response / report this review -

We arrived in Mauritius on Saturday evening. Our grandson Baby Chase fell off the bed shortly after checking in. He was rushed by ambulance to Clinique du Nord where a team were waiting to assess and attend to him. We received the most amazing dedicated care from all the staff who were so attentive and caring. Thank you all so much. Backhouse and McAlpine family

Cette clinique est très sérieuse.
Le personnel est compétent avec un contact humain excellent.
Le Dr Mike est super et entouré d'une équipe très professionnelle (chirurgien, échographiste, anesthésiste, ).
Les installations sont confortables, calmes et très propres.
J'ai été admis un dimanche soir en urgence a 23h. Le diagnostique et la décision de faire une opération à été prise dans l'heure qui a suivi, ce qui m'a sans doute sauvé la vie.
Je recommande très fortement cet établissement !!!response / report this review -

Notre fille avait beaucoup de fièvre suite à une angine, ils ont bien diagnostiqué le problème et donné les bons médicaments pour la remettre sur pieds. Ici ce sont des spécialistes compétents pas comme dans une autre clinique de proximité qu'on a pu visiter.

Been there for a baby who had fallen from a very low bed. Although she was fine they tried to sell un a strong antibiotic and nasal drops for cold (not even suitable for her age).
A notice in the doctor's office urged staff to sell medicines as apparently their stock is expiring.response / report this review -

They put my fathers life more in danger that he was;
A) they didn't give him the medicaments which the specialiste from switzerland has prescribed for him
B) about midnight the specialiste came for consultation, and the same night at 4 o clock they woke him up again for xray
c) they toke him hostage and said that they won't let him leave until he hasn't paid, so he was still in the ICU, they took of his infusions and brought him to an ambulance, in order to bring him to the bank,
For an immigrant they made my father go through hell, Please consider twice before heading to this slaughterhouseresponse / report this review -

L'hôpital fait vieillot, mais rien ne peut battre les chambres avec vue sur la mer, sous ses pieds.
