An older facility but the staff of the emergency were exceptional. Took their time, helpful, found solutions and generally did a thorough job. Well done!

A very clean and well maintained clinic, though it's housed in some ancient buildings, the interiors are very modern. The staff are responsive and courteous. The only issue is with inadequate parking space

yesterday i was their.at nighti was not satisfy with the behaviour of your nurse i forgot here namebut i think you need to give her more training about welcoming people..because i was nearby ur clinique i went their but its the last timeat time i thought i was in public hospital..their is no good or welcoming behavior toward customers.my money my choicenot to you again sorrywas very disapointed

I stayed in a single room for 5 (five) nights. It was pleasant under the circumstances.
Unfortunately I don’t feel it was hygienic.
There was dried fluids on the walls and the bedding was stained with yellow spots.
The restrooms were not up to standard. 7/10 times I would find urine on the toilet seat and the soap dispensers were always empty. At one point there was no toilet paper, when I asked for toilet paper they wanted to charge me for it.
The chairs stationed inside the showers were never disinfected after each use.
The staff members were friendly and constantly checking on me throughout my stay.
My one concern was when they wanted to remove my mother from my room. When staying in a single room you were allowed one guest to stay with you at all times. My sister would spend the night and when at work my mother would come in her place to assist me. I would have understood though this happened on the fourth night of being there.
I would recommend it purely based on how they look after your wellbeing though they really need to look into the hygiene of their facilities.response / report this review -

Been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours now!!!!
Supposed to have 2 doctors in casualty but only one
Now there is an urgent patient and i keep on waiting..
Now leaving for clinic Darné .hope i'll make it on time

Great clinic with great staff and doctors and they very patient except the wait of 2-3hrs for the billing and the attitude of a lady at the counter who told me that the bill will take time to process with the insurance but if you in a hurry, you can pay the bill and leave (bill of approx 70,000). Dear madam, si mo ti ena pu paye bill la moi mem, pas ti vaut la peine mo pran ene lassurance!!! Need to teach manners to staff at the counter!!!

The building is modern and very easily access by any person. The nurse and staffs are very kind and helpful. But the parking is very small and limited.
