    Possibly my favorite place to snack in Mauritius. Cakes, coffees, teas, breakfast. You name it and it's all very good. Go there now.

    Heavenly cakes and beverages, in a very cozy atmosphere. The red velvet cake is simply the best!

    I came here with a friend and loved the decor instantly, it looks lovely, very inviting! The cakes looked amazing and tasted yummy. Not too sweet and decent portions. The cafe was very busy so you can tell it is very popular! I am from Australia and it felt like home. I will be visiting the cafe again before I leave

    Food -> OK
    Price -> OK
    Organisation -> NOT OK
    Cleanliness -> NOT OK

    Visited on a Saturday. First visit there. Place was very busy and as a result it was in a total mess. Nobody greeted / welcomed me. Did not find any menu around. As a result I was lost, going back and forth, not knowing how to proceed. Those working in the kitchen were stressed and all over the place. There were flies on some of the cakes. But anyway still managed to take some cakes as take away. The servings were generous and the cakes were all good. Worth the price.

    They need to improve the cleanliness (keep flies off the cakes) and discipline (welcome clients and maybe have a ticketing system to take orders).

    If these improvements are made; I'd rate it 5 stars.

    Best place for cake and tea in Mauritius. Also a great place generally for ordering/picking up cake for special occasions. Pricier than typical Mauritian prices but well worth it. Beautiful setting hidden away off the main road in Curepipe. Cozy seating, artsy decor. Feels very much like a cozy tea house and pastry shop. Also serve lunch in breakfast. Recommend making reservations on Fridays and Saturdays.

    Menu varies by day for pastries and cakes. Favorites include gluten free carrot cake and red velvet cheesecake.

    My all time favourite for a cup of tea and a piece of great cake. I have tried many places of this kind in Mauritius, but this one has a character! Topnotch service, very cosy atmosphere (fantastic for dating! ;) ), great prices compared to other places and the food and beverages prepared there are super tasty too! ..the cakes tend to be just a little bit too sweet, though so keep that in mind before you jump ahead of yourself and order the large portion!

    Tucked in the middle of the shops, it might be a little hard to find. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The price is a little expensive, and I tried their signature chocolate latte & caramel latte, as well as their red velvet cake & chocolate cake. It was average by international standards. I liked the presentation and the interior layout of the cafe and it would probably be a nice place for photos or some afternoon coffee. Be sure to call and make a reservation because this place is always packed even on a weekday afternoon. It is definitely the best cafe I have seen in Mauritius. And probably the only one as well. Haha.

    Cosy. Nice decoration and ambience. Victim of its own success, it is often crowded. Better go during weekdays. The pastries are top notch and the coffee is nicely presented and served hot. Slightly overpriced as compared to other coffee shops, but there's more quality and attention to detail.

    Nice food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and very famous on Saturdays. They serve amazing milkshakes and fresh scones. Located in an elegant place and close to an iconic building. Surrounded by old, beautiful buildings, banks and shopping centers. The best place for a quick bite or a lengthy and relaxing coffee in town

    All the staffs are very friendly and the drinks and cakes are delicious. The ambience is full of green plants and flowers. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 음료와 케익이 맛있어요. 시저샐러드에 생선이 있어서 좀 놀랐지만 매일 그 날의 케익을 직접 구워서 그런지 맛있습니다. 베리 블라스트와 핫초코 레몬에이드 아이스커피를 마셨는데 다 맛있었어요. 꽃으로 아기자기하게 장식이 되어 있어 여자분들이 좋아할 만한 곳입니디ㅡ

    I've been to a lot of coffee lounges, yet, this one won my heart.. Is it the cozy atmosphere, the nice smell of coffee and very well presented portions of delicacies.. Well, go for it.. Would the service been more quick, i would have given a top 5 score. Its a nice place to sip a cup and chit chat..

    Disappointing. Service was quite poor and the food was not up to expectations. Too expensive for what you get. However the atmosphere is nice.
