If you are using ShopAndShip
Good service in ideal situation. Absolutely abysmal if you have issues with your packages (loss, broken, etc)
Even if you choose S&S protect, your packages are not covered unless you can provide proof that the items were not damaged/lost by them which is of course absolutely impossible to do without a time travelling machine and a teleporting device.
And ofc, confirmed by them.. all future costs incured should be covered by the customer. (i have the mail to prove it)response / report this review -

If you where considering using celero Express or you have? DON'T!!! Its the Worst service provider Ever!! At the End of your experience you must have wasted alot of time, hated them, yourselves and spired Into a deep depression!! And they won't deliver you product! You have to head all the way to the airport to pick it up yourself ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. After weeks of delays and lies they will feed you. #boycottcelero

How are you maintaining your customer service? No one is there to answer the phone calls. We had a consignment which is at the custom since last one week. Really disappointing service from you.

Service extremely slow especially since you pay for express delivery. They take more than 10 days to clear an order from customs once it reaches Mauritius which usually takes 2 days maximum by DHL. And on top, they charge brokerage fees.
Plus they are very slow to reply to emails as well. I would give 0 stars if I could.response / report this review
