  The saleswoman quoted me one price in Euro and charged me almost double that. I should have discussed the price in local currency so I made myself an easy victim but I did not expect to be cheated since the Mauritian people are usually so honest and kind. Criminally dishonest.

  Criminals. Fake. Stay away. I don't understand how people can live with and even thrive under cheating others. It is evil. They sell you on Loro Piana Cashmere, but then when the goods arrive (ideally right before you depart for the airport), it's nothing but. Getting a refund is impossible. Completely disgusted by these people who choose to cheat, lie, and steal day after day. How do you look anyone in the eye?

  Beautiful cashmere. Ready products or made to order and delivered to your hotel. Prices based on weight of cashmere used. Upstairs they offer top end brands. No bargains here for South Africans. 2 of the 3 garments I was interested in (on sale) were so shop soiled that they couldn't sell it to me. Shop assistant was nevertheless extremely helpful and friendly and apologetic. Left the store feeling extremely let down. Surely if you offer a high end price, your product should be sellable?

  Beautiful cashmere, I would say top of range on whole island. best customer service delivered by salesman, factory visit is impressive.

  Der Kashmere Shop in Mauritius. Zu empfehlen ist es nicht in einer Gruppe zu kommen sondern individuell mit Auto oder Taxi. Der Preis wird durch das Gewicht (= verwendetes Material) bestimmt. Auch individuelle Anfertigungen sind möglich. Kommen gerne wieder.

  Horrible place
  It is over priced
  None of the clothes have an actual price tag on them. They look rip off and stink. They look at you as tourists and rip off all the money.
  Way over over priced. The actual brands would sell it for lesser
  The manager was rude and mean.
  The only good thing was the sales women. They really did a good job. However, they really force you to buy something and it seems like they want to get rid of the stuff there
  Wasted 4 hours. First bought them and tried to exchange / refund. Wasted a whole day on this place.
  Wish could read the reviews. Please please please avoid this place

  Magasin très beau mais très cher et les vendeuses quand elles voient que vous n'êtes pas intéressés pour acheter elle vous donne le catalogue de la boutique et vous tourne les talons.

  Probably good quality product but absolutely disgusting service . The man who seemed to be managing the shop floor was particularly rude and ignorant. I pity the team that has to work with him. The sales assistants did an admirable job but it was clear that he was putting an unreasonable amount of pressure on them to close the sale which impeded on their ability to match their product to our requirement. His assumption that we didn't speak French really showed him up. Avoid the place if at all possible. Whilst the factory tour is interesting the service is far superior and the product just as good at the Arsenal.

  Magasin tres tres cher et problème du total + 10000 roupie et impossible d'obtenir le détail, d'autre commentaires alerte les touristes a éviter absolument
