Put one star because I found it is non halal they're serving chorizo in there salads, which mean porc sausage..and they even didn't specify that it is porc !!!

Terrible service and terrible food. Waited 10 minutes for a bland passion fruit cheesecake and a mumbo-jumbo of a red velvet cake. Also, pricey.

The drinks are good in general, my usual is a chai latte with coconut milk or an iced latte. The quality of the coffee is good, can’t complain about that. The quality of the food isn’t very constant, there are days where the pastries and sandwiches are very good and others where they are dry. They have a huge spread for both food and drinks. I think they can try to find a good balance when it comes to the food quality, as that is something that is still not up to the mark. Even if it’s a bit expensive, a good coffee is always welcome every so often. There’s definitely room for improvement with the food.

In general, Café Lux* had a very promising start in Trianon.
However, it seems that the quality gradually went down as they expanded over the island.
The food went from excellent to good and the service from great to average.
This time, at Bagatelle, we had a Blue Marlin, a Chicken Burger and a Blueberry Tart. Out of the lot, only the tart stood out! The rest was pretty average.
Worst thing is that I had some chicken strip stuck under my Blue Marlin! It seems they have to review their processes, at least, when it comes to the hygiene of their toaster Maybe have some parchment paper for each use?!response / report this review -

Huge waste of money! The cake was stale and taste was 2 on 10, the tea too light and cold. Ps I ordered one thing the guy gave me another and instead of 2 beverages i got one!

I believe that it is a bit over rated. First the seating arrangement could be much better. The price is oh god too expensive for an average local. The pastries are okay. Not that special. Good coffee place but there are so many better place offering same quality service at better price.

Seating arrangements are superb. The food and drinks are also good. Different types of coffee and desserts. Only the prices are not that inexpensive.
