I adored my time spent in this National Park. Very calming. Almost no mosquitoes; I did spray myself well before starting on the trail. It was a lovely walk on flat (no hills or climing) but lots of rocks. I strongly recommend it. The nearby beach is also a gem!

Beautiful, well developed forest walk. Free access and ample parking. Walk not difficult but very humid and hot!

Very nice national park on the east coast of Mauritius. There are some good hike trails to explore the nature. At the visiting center you can see some giant turtles, too. We were a little bit suprised that this park isn't so popular among the tourists. Good for the ones who will visit.

Really peaceful place. The track is very well indicated and it's actually a nice stroll if you don't mind the rocks.

Very peaceful for both peoples seek to relax with greenery forest environment or people looking for long walks/trails: bring good shoes and water since terrain is rocky and uneven. That said, there is also an old well, some old building and a museum for you to check out. I had the opportunity to see some monkeys while on the trail. Access to the trail is free. Highly recommended!

Superb health track in the forest. There are directions everywhere and anyone can find their way easily. You an also choose from different tracks. You an complete the shortest track in 1 hour and the longest in nearly 2 hours.

A lovely path through tall trees. Beautiful underwood light. It host the endemic flycatcher bird and Mauritan fruit bat. Some wild monkeys can also be seen.
