  Had a great time with BASE, I had not been in a long time and the team were super patient. The water in grand bay is fantastic with a large amount of sea life to see. I would highly recommend them.

  I had wounderfull Dives with the Base Dive Team! They took me to some amacing spots which were one of my bests dive ever! The team just knows perfect to welcome you and you're more in a Familly than a Groupe! Just Top!

  I was looking for a new centre to do my Padi Avanced level and found out about BASE Diving Centre and decided to go with them. The team is not only extremely professional and patient, but every one is so nice and passionate about what they are doing.
  I have done many dives with them now and each single one of them have been an exquisite experience!
  The centre is also located near the best diving sites of the Island which gives a lot of opportunities of seeing a wide variety of species. I recently saw turtles which was really something special and magical, but also did a wreck dive that was far beyond my expectations.
  I will surely keep on diving with them and I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to dive or learn how to dive in Mauritius!

  World class dive shop run by PADI Course Director
  
  Mauritius is one of the best diving locations in the world and there are many dive shops offering diving in the north area.
  
  The reason why I chose BASE Diving is because they responded to my email enquiry within an hour, answered all the questions I had and were extremely accommodating to all my needs.
  
  Barlen, the owner has 20 years experience and he is a PADI Course Director, the only instructor in Mauritius with this qualification made sure I could maximise my diving experience during the holiday.
  
  I originally signed up for the AOW course and and some fun dives but after I completed that course I was so pleased with the training and diving experience that after a discussion with Barlen we picked another course I could complete during my stay.
  
  I had 18 dives with BASE Diving and every single one of them was spectacular. Each dive is carefully planned considering the weather, sea conditions and the training of the divers.
  
  They dive in small groups always, so no 20 divers in the water and fins kicking masks as it is the case with some of the bigger dive shops.
  
  Vilasha, Barlen's wife is managing all aspects of the dive shop in an extremely efficient way. All needs, questions, asks of the divers are solved immediately and always with a smile.
  
  BASE Diving has a huge selection of top quality rental equipment so one more thing is taken care of for carefree diving.
  
  I highly recommend this dive shop from beginners to advanced divers, you will definitely have a fun time with BASE.

  De retour en France, quelques mots pour encourager les plongeurs se trouvant au nord de l'ile à se rendre dans ce club, dirigé par Barlen qui vous emmene sur les sites, n'hésite pas à faire durer la plongée si on a assez d'air.vous montre tout ce que vous n'auriez peut etre pas vu sans lui, et toujours en petites groupes: bateau pouvant accueillir 16 personnes, on a toujours été 5 ou 6 maxi. Presque de la plongée privée.
  Matériel top: combinaisons longues en super état, et aucun probleme technique au cours de nos 35 plongées. Le tout dans une ambiance super sympa, on sent que faire du chiffre n'est pas leur souci premier.Bref, on n'a pas essayé les autres clubs, mais on y retournera sans aucun doute si on a la chance de retourner à Maurice. Un grand merci à Fie pour ses cafés, petits gateaux entre ou à la fin des plongées. Barlen viendra même vous chercher à domicile avec son pick up si vous n'avez pas de véhicule(ce qui était le cas pour nous)
  Et si vous cherchez des tuyaux pour aller voir les dauphins, pêche au gros n'hésitez pas à lui demander des adresses, elles sont toutes bonnes. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ces 2 semaines et à l'année prochaine j'espere. Je mets en copie sur tripadvisor

  Barlen est un bon professionnel et son équipe est sympaje ne peux que vous le conseillez.
  Si tu lis ça Barlen sache que j arrive en décembre sur Pereybere prépare l apéro..minimum pour ce post
