Excellent property with superb swimming pools, best in class. Breakfast very average, management should concentrate more on service and courteousness before it is widely observed, otherwise all good. 👍
One of the best resorts to stay Wonderful view out.. food is amongst the best Vegetarian food is available. Staff are really helpful and obliging.
Location is very nice. Staff are courteous and friendly. Hotel is clean and modern. The food is good with a varied selection.
Its a very good resort to stay in Mauritius. It is build over large area. It has it's own artificial beach. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis can be played here. Indian food is available in the buffet. I would definitely recommend the resort.
This was earlier a 3 start hotel. Now a 4-star. The property is good and there is a huge beach next to it, though the waves are turbulent near to their beach. You guys can think of sugar beach resort, which is next to it and seems better at a little more money
This is best place for relaxation at Maruitus. Good for couple's .They also have villa's. They have special music and dance performance at one day of week.Resort is next to the beach u will also find water sports like scuba diving.staff are very friendly few of them also understand Hindi. They serve great hospitality. Loved this palce.
The name is Flic-n-Flac. Great place for Honeymooners. Lots of place to move around. Walking at the beach line is really beautiful. You get a really good view of the sunset where there is a special place provided to take photos and a good place for fishing. Careful there are a lot of Sea Urchins. Special candle light dinner provided for recently weded couples. Good food when for Vegans. Pedal boats provided for free for couples and underwater diving is also available in-house where you get an initial training inside the hotel on their swimming pool. It you don't want to take up the underwater experience after the training they give you back half of the price.
Nice rooms with awesome sea view. But the the service can be better. I being an Indian felt that the there service is a bit partial towards the European crowed here. The buffet seems to be repetitive over my 6 days stay. One thing that made me stay and enjoy my stay here is the sea access and relatively bigger rooms.
Resort was good (specially for infrastructure) but reception and it's management is not well with timings and management of things. First experience with room was bad as we didn't get what we booked for and then candle night dinner was also a mess as there was no one to attend and serve food to our table. We waited for 1:30 hours then decided to go for buffet instead of special candle night dinner
We went there for our honeymoon. this is a great property. Right on the west coast. Great view of the ocean. Very friendly staff and an awesome spread for the buffet. We have opted for half board option with breakfast and dinner. The food was good. Pretty much same for our 5 day stay with 2-3 dishes changed. But there were so many option in the buffet menu that we never felt we ate similar buffet for 5 days.
This property is near to Casela Nature Park.
The only downside was that mineral water costs a lot over here. A 500ml bottle costs around about 100 Mauritian Rupee while when you purchase a 1L bottle from a super market it costs only 30 Mauritian Rupee. But not to worry on that account you can always get mineral water from a store which is a walking distance from the property.
As it is on extreme west coast, view from the hotel is fantastic. you can opt scuba diving snorkeling glass boat. Food and different theme dinners on each day. But I wish rooms could be even better.
Been there for a day long all inclusive package. The place is very nice. Underwent renovation and still getting upgrades. Nice and clean pools. Barmen very nice and make you comfortable.
Many varied cocktails, good to look at and good to taste.
Lunch buffet was quite restricted though, that being the only hitch. Had crepe and coffee at coffee time, which was good.
All in all, had quite a good time!
Very nice place but rooms are more of a high-end 3 star standard than a 4 star: furniture and doors have some wear and tear even in the new block. Staff is friendly and helpful. We especially liked the facilities at their boathouse: snorkel, kayak and paddleboard available for free. Food is good although the juices they provide could be better. Drinks are a bit pricey too.
Loved our stay at this hotel with beautiful views. Courteous and friendly staff. Food wise they had a very good vegetarian spread which was a big plus for us. And the rooms were super cosy and the view! Have a look at the pics. The staff were really friendly.. Andy and Souchee provided real good service. As we were Honeymooners the hotel had exciting freebies for us including sparkling wine and a candle light dinner at the beach. It was a worthwhile experience. We also tried scuba diving through the water sports counter at the hotel. Heman took real good care of us throughout and it was totally worth it.
Awesome place Good support staff Nice view Loved the vacation
Great hotel. Good balance of value and price. Will come again for sure. Memorable staff experience. Attentive. Some great Curry's and freshly made roti at the dinner buffet. Great WiFi throughout the resort.
Amazing location and views. Great to have the beach on the doorstep. Rooms are modern and well maintained.
My only issue is the staff. There were a few instances where they were confused or argued over basic things.
It's the most beautiful place I have ever been The food and the stay is amazing
Beautifully situated on the west coast of Mauritius They have many options for veg as well as non veg food.
If you're going Mauritius You must consider staying here
I can't fault the service. Friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable, well-located accommodation. Wide variety of food choices. Great snorkelling.
Nice place to stay Good service Nice buffet food.
Good view of sea and poo from selected rooms.
Excellent service and food. Rooms are large and modern. Beaches are beautiful and pools are big. Highly recommended
A lovely stay in this cute resort by the waters! The resort is not just well maintained but has an amazing service staff with some amazing hospitality. They were a wonderful host!
Beautiful hotel & location But there is limited menu for vegetarian meal.
Nice place Alot of flies (can't really be helped) friendly service, nice views. Buffet options dinner and breakfast, always a pleaser haha
Me and my wife were at anelia last week. I must say it's an amazing hotel. Buffet system food has plenty of variety . Rooms are good. Staff are very friendly and greet you always with a smile on face.General manager of the hotel too knows each person in the hotel and greets everyone happily. Beach is awesome. Must visit for every couple and family who wishes to go.
Anelia had the most amazing views. Sunsets are incredible and the staff are very friendly. The general manager knows us by name and has a conversation with us on a daily basis. Evening buffet has a wide variety and is very good. Live music every night with Sega dancing on Wed and Sat evenings. Will definately recommend some of the spa treatment packages as well. Overall one of nicest places I have stayed at.
Amazing beach resort with a pristine view, wonderful service, good rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Amenities are good. The pools are mesmerising and the beach is clean with crystal clear waters.
Vegetarian meals included in every buffet. Indian vegetarian food also available and is quite decent.
The bar is also a delight to sit an as it sits next to the beach.
Free activities like snorkelling, kayaking, speed boat rides etc also available in the resort.
Highly recommended for a stay in Mauritius.
