First time been there and impressed with the variety of products they have in store. All under one roof. It's kinda of made in China products but European concepts and better quality. Think the products are only affordable during sales if compared to original prices. Long queue before payment. Enough parking spaces but full during sales.

I visit this shopping mall regularly. I was positively surprised to get a parking space quickly and easily. the female staff for make up flomar spoke rudely about checking colour of lipstick since there are no testers. such staff must get more training. staff in the other shops were courteous friendly and spoke nicely. the price of the food in the food joint there is too high. it is unhygienic and full of dirt. HOWEVER it is as usual an amazing experience to go there and do some shopping at my own pace. need much improvements.

Was a bit confused when I first entered this shop. But it is big and stocked up with many things for the house. I wasn't sure if their prices were competitive so I didn't make a purchase. There was a lot of people shopping there though. So it must have the goods.

Concept S store. Insufficient parking. Decent customer service. Queues are slow to move. Products are of average to good quality. The products are sometimes labelled incorrectly. The stores were designed properly, they have a modern vibe which makes shopping more enjoyable. It wouldn't hurt if they offered a wider selection of products at similar prices. The stores are wheelchair accessible but the bathrooms aren't (upstairs).

Lots of interesting products. Perfumes, cream, glass ware, home from electronic appliances to bath n kitchen stuffs..Also a place to sit and snack . Pay a visit. Only disadvantage is it's far from main road. If you have a car it's great to go there n shop.

Not easily accessible for pedestrians. Food available on the premises but not much variety. Lots of space to shop comfortably. Helpful staff. Affordable items of great quality.

Beautiful place. European style shopping. Good to get yourself some home decor or stuff that can't be easily obtained on other local markets/stores/shopping centres. Its recommended to have a privilege card to buy stuff there or else the prices are jerked up. Find a reseller around you and ask for the catalogue to buy stuff. Chances are that they get their stock from this place. Great parking space. Small food area in the centre with not much variety.

Being a long term customer of Yves rocher, stanhome flormar etc. I am usually very impressed with your services. But i can no longer say this in this case as the last service i received at flormar was extremely unsatisfactory. I accidentally dropped a bottle of foundation ( a TESTER one) because it was not closed properly and i had to pay the FULL retail price. I would say it was the employee responsiblity to check all the bottles of foundation whether they were closed or not. But nothing of this sort was done before i came and instead I was forced to pay the full price, not even just the cost price. Not even a professional approach and proper way to handle the issue, the employee just added I have to pay. I don't find it obligatory to recommend this company to anyone anymore. Very disappointed!
