  The reservation online shows that the place is all packed and only specific timings are available whereas in reality that is not the case and the place is empty.
  The food was very bad taste wise. The waiting staff is unprofessional in their approach and communication skills. Overall ambience and vibe is not welcoming or inviting! I do not recommend this place!

  Excellent Cuisine and overall a great dining experience. The staff are professional and consistent with their service. The ambience of the restaurant is relaxing with background music at a perfect volume. Highly recommended and I will visit more often🌷💜🌷

  Average for an Indian restaurant. Average presentation, poor customer service. You won't be allowed in if you have a water bottle with you. The chutney pot still has the price sticker on it. Wrong order was served to me. No tap water. No background music at all.
  Positive points: very nice setting and well cooked food.
  Bottom line: Average Indian restaurant like many local Indian restaurants in the UK.

  We went to Sharma to celebrate our friends’ wedding. Though the food was good, the service was really bad. All our requests were ignored and after leaving a disappointing review our friends, who invited us got a rude call from the manager who said that they had lied in the review and demanded they delete it. I will recommend to choose a different place, if you want to have a good time.
