La casa e' una tipica HOUSE OF CHARACTER gozitana, ricavata da un'antica FARMHOUSE di 300 anni. La zona pranzo/soggiorno e' un antico mulino ristrutturato e ampliato con particolari architettonici che ne esaltano la bellezza. La struttura e' composta da cinque camere con bagno ensuite ( tre camere doppie, una tripla e una quadrupla) , ampio soggiorno con divani e zona TV ( Home Theatre e free WI FI disponibili). L'area esterna e' provvista di piscina con ampia zona prendisole e spazio barbecue.

The house is a typical Gozitan farmhouse built 300 years ago converted to high standards whilst retaining its centuries old character. Located in the heart of Nadur the proprety is just five minute away to the main square. The main structure is the oldest part of the house with the kitchen, a small and cosy coffe lounge , a communal bathroom and a large and comfortable living/dining room provided with WI-FI internet access and home theatre where you can chill out watching TV, listening to music, reading or just relaxing. Three bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower are located at the top floor , one of them large enough to accommodate an extra foldable bed for two people. A large swimming pool and lounge deck area with a fully equipped barbecue separates the main structure from the new one, a two floored block which host two ensuite bedrooms. Breakfast is served daily ( continental or full English ) in the communal outside area and, on request, packed lunch can be arranged. You may even decide to join the hosts for evening meals. The farmhouse has kept all its original features and no stone has been left unturned in order to make the property as environmentally friendly as possible
