BDI ltd. (part of Hudson Holdings Group - www.hudson.com.mt is an international distributor, retailer involved mainly in the sport and fashion wear sectors. The Group's head office is located in Malta and it has supporting subsidiaries & offices in Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Algeria. Though the parent company Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the company's roots reach as far back as 1987 when the first pair of Nike were sold in Malta through one of our sister companies called Time International Ltd.Nike is the main brand we distribute in most of Africa and as of June 2016 BDI started operating its distribution centre for Nike Africa where goods are sent from the far east to our Malta DC and from there split & distributed to all our African partners. In Europe the group is successfully rolling out our own sneaker concept called 'Urban Jungle'​ in the 'Category speciality '​ area of the sneaker business.
