Inside this unmarked building you can find a decent Chinese restaurant and hotel. We were taken to this place by a lady at the Chinese massage and acupuncture. She said it is the second best in town. The best Chinese is a Shandong restaurant in the neighborhood in front of the new US embassy.

This restaurant had dumplings for 200, noodles for 150, and many more meat dishes for 400 or so.
