Has all the things a supermarket should have and more! Very nice store in my opinion.

Good grocery store without being opulent. Definitely in the "nice" category for Nouakchott, but less expensive and more tightly packed than your average expat grocery. Items for sale tell me the locals on the average-to-wealthier side shop there as opposed to westerners. Nice selection stuff. I managed to find nearly everything I needed to make American-style pancakes, which to me says it's well stocked. Due to the broader market it serves, the perishable stuff seemed a bit fresher (due to higher turnover?) but that may be a halo effect gievn I've only visited once.
