Nice hotel

This is never ever a 4 star hotel. Poor service. No restaurant. No bar. Totally run down rooms. Some rooms have no running water. Staff gave me first just a lame excuse in which I am not interested and after that they gave me a key to another room for having a shower and get back to my own room - but that room was used just minutes before I entered. Internet is not working in the rooms. Have to mention it several times and no reasonable action is being taken. I can also see mice and cokroaches walking freely around - in the cafeteria, staircases, rooms Breakfast a tablet with minimal. No choices. Sorry, not even one star worth.

Nice staff, but that's about all I can say for this place. The hotel itself once might have had promise, but now it's fairly run down on both the outside and inside.
