One of the landmark in taipa area. Crowded casino with a tremendous shopping mall with interior design heavily borrowed from venice italy. Lack of quality food. Overall service is fairly acceptable as rated for a 5 star hotel

Room is nice and huge as all rooms are suite rooms. The bathroom is also massive with separate bathtub and shower. However, the rooms are getting dated and it becomes a lot more obvious if you check the corridors and event halls.
The service is pretty good, too. Overall a great hotel which will be even better with some refreshing touches.response / report this review -

One of the largest hotel in Asia.no need to go for city tour.this hotel itself city.largest casino.rooms are up to the mark .but I don't like one thing that girls are approaching you in the casino.management should take step about it..

I wish they were more professional in managing customers requests. Got smoking floor/room despite request and confirmation of strictly non-smoking room.
Hotel seems to be aging in reality three decades in just one chronological decade.
Restaurant projected to have received d Michelin Star, below par in food and service
Customer care does not seem to be the priority as a hotel of this class should have. Could have given just one star but not to run down too much that they lose their image beyond repair, gave an additional star.response / report this review -

Landmark hotel, casino, shopping mall, and great entertainment. The inside decoration is unique and peerless: a man made river runs through it, arches over the river, gondola sailing on the river as a great tourist attraction. Usually takes 1 to 1.5 hrs to stroll from one end to the other.

Poor poker room. Rude staff, several dealers standing around, long lists for no reason. They frequently skip names on the list, then put you on the bottom when you ask. Will not return. I suggest going to Wynn instead.

Our room is big, clean and very well decorated. The hotel is nice and has a good vibe. The check in process was quite long and not very well organized.

Really really huge place. Casino and shops. We stayed there for almost 10 hours. Very nice place what you should visit.
Nice at night from outside. Good food court with many choices.

A true replica of Venice!!
