A mini but functional airport. An immediate extension is demanded as the waiting queues are tooooooo loooong ..!

Great small airport. No waiting at all. Easy check in. You can take casino shuttle buses - no need to take taxi or city buses. They arr more comfortable and you don't need to stand as in city buses. Shuttle buses run all over Macau. Also night bus runs very often. Prepare 6 MOP for the night bus.

Best airport to travel between Macau and Asia. Check in could be better, but when you finish it, it literally takes 2 minutes to pass security and immigration. Same happens when returning. That's the good thing of small airports. Also, you usually wait less than 5 minutes for your baggage. WiFi is very good if you're a CTM customer, restaurants are ok and the waiting area has tons of natural light, which is great. Awesome airport but not for staying more than 3 hours (unless you have access to the lounge).

I would like give it 0 if i can. SUPER small "international" airport. only one Mcdonald and another chinese restrant before the you check in. staffs ingnore you if you speak chinese, seems like they are donot understand. No notice if they have a delayed boarding time and everyone need to go the the desk to comfirm by themselves. Far from professional and the worst experience of my flights.

The airport is clean but it's small yes it's lack of food stall and when u arrive in midnight everything is closed 😩 bus is rare too it's good there's charging station 😅

One of the worst airport to spend the night. No place to sleep. Everything close 23:30 and open 7:30. But the "best" is - you cannot pay with the credit card, cash only. It is worse than in the village or in the deepest jungle. Welcome to Macao 😂

Can I give zero stars? Our flight landed late in Macau and we missed our connection. No staff in Macau airport had any interest in helping us. Over and over we they would either ignore us, or point off in the distance and tell you to wait, no one came. This went on for hours. Many of the employees i approached wouldn’t even take their eyes from their phone to look at me while I was asking my questions.
I’ve traveled the world, missed flights, lossed bags, things happen, it’s no big deal. But this experience, where people are just unspeakably rude, was unparalleled. I would never fly through this airport again. I’ve never had a worse travel experience.response / report this review -

Small airport, but clean and efficient. There are places to eat at departure, arrivals and transit zones. I would probably rate it more higher, however every time I visit there is a lot of construction. It must be good for sure, but creating inconvenience in the mean time. Shopping is in the departure and transit area.

Airport is really small and lacks basic ammenities such as food outlets. There is really nothing to do there and the floor is the most interesting feature. Staff at departure hall can be quite snappy at times. Expect to be bored and to be tested on your patience.

The airport crew is very welcome and helpfull, not like other international airport the immigration on duty welcome us with smile.
At arrival you can ask the information to get to your hotel or if you want to go to Hongkong. You can reach the airport by public transportation (bus) or taxi.response / report this review -

A small airport, compared to neighbour Hong Kong International Airport. It has a few fast food seller and minimarket but it closed on 10 pm. So, if you decided to sleep here you cant do anything but sleep in the midnight.

Really small airport and I've noticed a pattern of delaying flights that leave Macau. My advice would be to avoid transitting here or coming to Macau via flying. Go to Hong Kong and take

Small Airport..But Altough the Bandage Small Activity is never BoringInformation Officer Friendly..Every Toilet There is Drinking water Dispenser so we can drink.Cleanlinnes is Very preferred..

McDonald's employees didn't speak English and they didn't give us a receipt after purchase. Waited for food for a long time but didn't get our order Horrible customer service from employees to the manager when we tried to get our food. They even talked with a horrible attitude in front of you in their language like gansters assuming you were cheating for free food?!! Worst experience in Macau. Stop being so mean to your customers!

Small airport. Custom and hand-luggage inspection are very close to each other, so when the crowd is huge, it could be very messy. WIFI signal is good in the airport.

Quite disappointing airport as for such a place as Macau. Small and old. Not surprised why HK airport takes most of the decent routes. Good thing is that passport control is quick. BE CAREFUL if getting here with Uber! Under cover police catch tourists to take the evidence of the trip with Uber from them. It took me about 40min to deal with them. You could miss your flight due to that. They release you after gathering everything and getting you confirmation that you travels with Uber and you should have no further issues well I hope!!!
