  風和日麗，繁榮中的一處靜地，旁邊係古時十字門水道。可跑步，騎車，散步，有洗手間，有飲用水供應，今天還好幸運地見到十一只黑面皮鷺，好勤快地覓食……有相為証的啊，旁邊的人見慣不怪……

  一個不錯的運動場地 風景優美 可以跑步 或者騎腳踏車 裡面有租單車的地方 十元一小時 不過沒有小賣店 只有兩部自動販賣機 售賣汽水 肚子餓了想買東西吃 就沒有

  One of the best place for jogging and cycling in Macau! Jogging track is in good condition, many people take exercise here at night but not crowded because the track is large enough. Enjoy beautiful night view of Macau and is one of the best places for shooting firework during the firework festival.

  可以隨時運動。踩單車、慢跑、散步都可以。
  管理也是不錯的，經常有人巡邏。
