This is a beautiful, spacious restaurant with good views at the top of Mong-Há Hill. It’s used to train students at the nearby institute of tourism. It was a novel experience to be served by very inexperienced waiting staff, who were watched and instructed by their eagle-eyed instructors as to how to set the tables, and exactly how to serve the dishes. At one point my starter was taken away momentarily as the student had placed it on the table with both hands, and was instructed to do it again more elegantly with just one. There was another student whose sole job seemed to be to learn how to pour water elegantly at the table. To start with she wobbled all over the place, but by the third attempt was beginning to get the hang of it. The students were all lovely and clearly trying to do their best. The food was excellent and the set lunch was good value. There is no service charge and the bill asks you not to tip.

Spacious, comfy setting nestled in mini forest. Dishes are beautiful, flavorful, and unique to local cuisine. Can't wait to come back!

This small, reasonably priced restaurant is located inside the IFT University-- and is open to the public!! The restaurant also is operated to train students in the "culinary arts" as well as food preparation and serving the public.
It offers Portuguese specialities, various European dishes and also provides "gluten free" foods!! The choices are very well prepared and the prices are surprisingly low/modest!
You will definitely enjoy visiting this restaurant and tasting the wonderful dishes, and helping in the training of "next generation" chefs and restaurant workers!!response / report this review -

Came here for the Friday night buffet. Staff service was fantastic - polite and attentive. Food was a little lacklustre in taste and variety. Would come again to try the a la carte dishes.

We have known this restaurant and the faculty for many years. This is an excelant fine dining experiance and something, justifiably, a place that Macau can be very proud of. Well worth a visit.

Have an occasion but no time to cook? Try here, the food absolutely tastes great, worth the wait.. The cool place was perfect to take a date for your loved one.

Whereas it was noted as permanently closed on Google, we still went there and found that the original restaurant is closed for renovation, but the experience can be head in another restaurant which was basically at the same place.
We got a seat and had a wonderful meal with great service. It was interesting to see how the teachers worked with the students to teach them how to properly wait tables, all from how to pick up forks to how to address the customers.
Definitely a place I'd recommend to others and would visit again if I am in the vicinity.response / report this review -
