St. Micheal Chapel is nice little chapel you in the middle of the St. Micheal Cemetery in the St. Lazarus district of Macau. We rarely see visitors here and never more than one or two people.
In addition to the chapel, you can visit the historic cemetery here where you can find old colonial Portuguese families mixed in with local 'western' and Chinese family plots with some nice headstones. There are plenty of nice photography opportunities here for those who have time for a visit.response / report this review -

正門を潜ると正面にパステルグリーンの教会。
そこに至る通路の両側には規模こそ小さいが立派な墓地。
墓石は其々工夫の凝らされたデザインで特に統一感もなく、中には漢字で書かれた墓標すらあります。こういうのを見るとポルトガルではなく澳門に来たんだなと思います。
そんな多彩な墓石が所狭しと並んでいるにも関わらず混沌とした様子はなく、寧ろ整然としているようにすら感じます。
それはここが死者の生前の功績など生きた証を後世に残す為にある場所だからでしょう。
中央の教会もパステルグリーンだと言うのに決して下品には見えません。館内も実に厳か。

雖然經常路過，可能覺得死亡是一種忌諱，不吉利，所以都沒有走進去的意欲。而之前剛好參加了一個活動，以這個墳場作為起點。一牆之隔，生人與死人的分界，踏進去後喧鬧嘈離的人聲車聲立即遠去，寧靜，充滿植物，其實不太可怕，反而有種可以令人靜下來思考的情緒。教堂很簡單，沒有太花俏的裝飾。如果有時間又不怕，其實可以靜靜地觀賞墓碑，墓碑也有很多可看的東西。有時間值得來看看。

Small Catholic Chapel inside the oldest Catholic cemetery in Macau. Many famous people are being buried here. Very quiet and a nice place to meditate about life and death.
