Several more very good stops at Blooom Coffee Shop this year and I've yet to leave disappointed. This is one of the places you go in Macau for serious coffee.
Long Black (hot and cold) is superb. Beans are nicely roasted, making rich and nicely flavoured coffee. I usually order the regular long black but have recently enjoyed an iced long-black that will likely have me opting for this cold coffee drink from time to time in the future.
Worth a note that they have spruced up the shop front a bit with a bit more decor and I think there is an extra table for seating now. Now Blooom looks more like a coffee shop compared to earlier days when it felt a bit more like a coffee tasting and barista training facility.
Note, unfortunately Blooom isn't the easiest place to find without a map. It is located on tiny Rua de Horta e Costa, one street south of the major avenue, Rua do Campo and in the direction of Jardim Vasco De Gama. By the way, the garden makes a nice park to sit and enjoy your Blooom coffee drinks as well.
Great job this year to the Blooom team including coffee drinks they make at their other two area shops, Single Origin and Communal Table.
It is an awesome time here.
I was there to try their Nitro coffee but they didn’t serve it at the time. So I had their americano instead, not the best but coffee was okay though.
Things to do in Macau: Get a coffee
Unique tasting coffee
Special corner cafe which provides high quality speciality coffee in Macau
join the coffee program and maintain good quality of the roasting.
Amazing coffee - only take away
Amazing place for tasty coffees.
Fantastic coffee roasters and shop. I've had trouble finding a decent coffee shop in HK and Macau which are comparable to Melbourne (Australia). This is the closest it's gotten in which they're pretty damn close. The coffee is actually stronger in taste, but not so much that you can't enjoy it.
Highly recommend the flat white or long black (yes, they're 2 completely different styles of coffee). I guess it's just reiterating on the quality of the coffee and taste they create here. It's not too acidic or fruity which I prefer.
Definitely will be my go to place for coffee when in Macau.
Was told first cafe in Macau which roast their own bean. Besides, they got a cold nitro brew. Wooow!
It's the "Mecca" of Macau specialty coffee. A training center, Roasters and a cafe or more. If you are not allergy to coffee, they will surely satisfy you.
