  I'll first say the staff in the store seem fine - I have no complaints about the quality of the staff service.
  
  What is annoying about this Apple store is that it doesn't seem to be a fully featured apple store so why bother even opening it?
  
  Firstly, it is impossible in Macau to use the website as one would in HK or elsewhere in the World. The website is only in Chinese and offers no facility for purchasing products, getting stock availability status or even simply pricing Apple devices. Even in the store in Macau, to find the price of something the staff use the Hong Kong version of the website.
  
  Which leads to problem 2 - I wanted to purchase an iMac with some custom options. A very common scenario. For HK one can customise the order and pay online. In Macau that's not possible so I visited the store only to be told the Macau Apple store won't offer any BTO product! I can't even order from them.
  
  The only solution then is to use the Apple reseller in Macau who also offer good customer service and who do offer BTO products from Apple.
  
  So disappointed with the Apple corporate mentality of opening this store and then not offering the things one expects from Apple Stores.

  People may doubt whether it is a real Apple Store because of its overly simplistic decoration. Still, their staffs have been friendly and helpful. However, nowadays their product return policy in Macau is ridiculous. Once you leave the store with the new iPhone you purchase, you cannot return it no matter what, not even when it is defective.
