Food meh, nothing special. Service a bit better than the food. Didn't stay, can't rate the rooms though.

Horrendous experience. Wrong room, no shower, no working wi-fi to prove that they gave us a wrong room. Horrible food, waited for 1,5 hr to get it but in the end got not even what we ordered. Steak equals sandwich in this place. When we finally managed to get wi-fi and showed that they gave us a wrong room for €50 cheaper, no discount was offered.

Taking into consideration how busy it was during NY, they handled it well, they have kind hard working staff. FYI they don't have an elevator so if your New Year's getaway includes seniors that might be an issue. The facilities are new and you can see they did a great job. Overall management needs to improve/standardize. Recommend getting rooms with showers rather than bathtubs. They also have a garage, it gets really crowded so you might want to get there early if you are driving, reserving garage space won't necessarily mean they won't serve customers who have already arrived. First come first serve, eh?

餐廳就在酒店大堂左邊，主建築群離蒙古包較遠，早知改訂沒有淋浴的小屋。餐廳向外景不錯哦！晚上暖爐才壞啊啊啊啊！今早換了套房，哭！然後這兩天都下雪呀！只能在酒店看風景了。

Highly recommended place. The service was fast and waiters were kind. The food was delicious and price was affordable. The restaurant has nice ambience and great view through the window. The hotel itself is very cozy and has the best view and landscape among other hotels in Terelj.

Great nature. But that's about it for this resort. They invested a lot in the facilities but apparently, they neglected human resource. Poor management, lack of communication between the staff. The housekeepers and the receptionists were quarrelling while the guests were waiting to check in. Told us we could check in at 10 AM for the new year event but we checked in after 4 PM. We were made to wait till the other guests (who were coming via the resort bus) arrived before having our lunch. To be fair, their lunch wasn't bad. The gala dinner was horrendous. Old poor quality pork. Hard to say if it was roasted or just fried pork chop. Breakfast had many options on the buffet table and it was average. The management team lacked the skill and sharpness to run this place smoothly. Definitely not coming back again. Lots of potential but they failed big time.
