  Tried to get a tour with them. They promises, booked, I waited a few days, the last day they told me the tour is not confirmed. I was forced to find another tour company very quickly. They are unreliable

  Friendly people. Speak very good English. If you don't mind that you have very little space to move in the toilet, and it doesn't flush, it is a good place to stay. It is a hostel, not a hotel. Shower is good.

  Compared to other hostels in UB, this one is quite small. However, in Khongor's case that is just fine. While staying here I had a great time. Nice rooms and a cozy atmosphere.
