Dunjingarav is really similar to black market Narantuul but under one roof. You can find all kinds of new mostly chinese goods. It does not sell used stuff like black market though.

Quite confortable place to barganing but compare with black market price are expensive about 50 to 70 percent. There is also goverment one stop service working during week days. Various tradition dishes you can try it in the food court.

It's essentially exactly the same products as Sunday Plaza, but more spread out (ie less hectic) and at steeper prices. There's a wide range of product quality and pricing; I think it went out of business, but one store was selling basic cotton dressed for 300,000 tugriks lol.

Other than traffic outside of the shopping complex it is not bad place. Has a great parking area, multi-national restaurant. But i have to warn you. This is not the place to buy original brand clothes.

It is the best market in Ulaanbaatar City. It has everything plus a food court next to it to grab something to eat while you are there. The colors of the traditional Mongolian clothing are fantastic. You can by them ready made or just the silk, wool or whatever you prefer. In Dunjingarav, you will pretty much everthing: Steering wheel covers, to hats, to traditional clothing, belt buckles, sweets, normal clothing the lot. Try it. We went there to buy the traditional Mongolian clothing called дээл. They have a lot of choice, from long ones to shirts only, more fashionable ones to super traditional. Prices range from 50k MNT for a shirt only to around 120k MNT for a women long one to over 600k MNT for the really beautiful ones.

Big and organized parking lot. good all-in-one mall with many options. queueless food court. Convinient all-in-one government service center. Language barrier can be problem. Transportation can be problem if you don't drive.
