A wonderful green family run guest house with a row of little bungalows, each with their own little terrace. The rooms are big, so are the comfy beds, private bathrooms and the delicious breakfast. All staff are very helpful and are making sure you’ll enjoy your stay. This is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay near Inle lake. Fully recommended!

Nice family run hotel out of the tourist centre of Nyaung Shwe. The rooms are clean and nice, with verandas in a nice garden. The breakfast is fantastic and substantial. Very friendly staff.
The price is very reasonable for Nyaung Shwe and the quality of the hotel and service.
We got our laundry done for 2000 kyat/kilo, and they did a good job.response / report this review -

Originally, I wouldn't have though of giving 5 stars to any accommodation in Myanmar (seeing the accommodation price vs. quality here), but will do
It's really nice place - kind of bungalow style accommodation (there rooms in one "bungalow" building), each room with a veranda and two chair.
The room was spacious, clean, with fan and attached bathroom (toilet and shower in separate rooms). Towels and toiletries provided. Daily room service and 2 small bottles of water.
The staff was very nice and polite all the time.
Free WiFi, stable and (relatively to Myanmar standards) fast.
There are chairs and tables to sit (and for the breakfast) in front of the reception, in the shadow of a tree. Flowers are also around the rooms, so has a nice almost-garden feel.
The breakfast is provided and is not a small one - out includes eggs (fried/scrambled/omelette), pancake (plain/banana), toasts, butter, jam, some fruit and tea or coffee.
Location is all right, 10 min walk to the market.
The asked price was $20 and we managed to bargain down a bit more. Definitely good value for the money, and especially for Myanmar.
(There are likely also bikes to rent available, they were there around, but we didn't use so didn't ask.)response / report this review -

The staff were nice that they responded to every question we asked. We also checked-in in the early morning without extra charge. The only troublesome was that the staffs were not so good in English. It took time to explain and communicate with them. Besides that, everything was great.

Bungalow style accommodation in a garden type setting. A relax chilled vibe in an otherwise light industrial type town.

The beds are clean, pillows the best we've had in Myanmar and the breakfast above average including fruit and avocado. The owner Ton is great and let us ride bikes for free the three days we were here. Just be kind to him and his staff and he will treat you well!

Wonderful clean, big and very nice room, bathroom perfect and we loved our patio to relax after all our trips, even stayed a night longer to relax in such a quite wonderful place. Breakfast was perfect with fresh fruits and you could also choose your eggs. Worth more than the price also because of the always helpful staff.
I highly recommend this just perfect little Hotel.

Zawgi Inn is a quiet hotel with clean rooms and WiFi at an affordable price point. The owner is very friendly, honest and down to earth, and happy to organise an airport taxi and accommodate an early breakfast if you want to see the 5-day market in action before the tourists crowd out the locals.
Located, approximately 7 minute walk away from the waterfront, you are only a short stroll away from a boat trip, the night market, massage parlors, and restaurants. I recommend booking a bicycle rickshaw if you are arriving with luggage by boat. Its also a good idea to book ahead of time - quite a few walk-ins were turned away as Zawgi Inn was already fully booked.response / report this review
