This is a place very popular with tour groups, so even if it might look like it, it is not a place frequented much by locals. You get a lot of side dishes here, so you don't have to worry about leaving hungry. However I found the food to be just ok, but nothing special.

Fantastic local food! Grandma's food, delicious and fresh, true local. We asked for two mains and a lot of little side dishes came with it. We really enjoyed the meal. The staff are very friendly and speak sufficient English. This place is highly recommended :)

it might not be the cleanest place but the portions are huge for 2500kyat. lots of small dishes.

Came with a group; we had vegetarian selections of traditional all Myanmar food. Food is five star but sit in the back away from the generator if the town electricity is off.
